Es un cuarto con cama matrimonial y un sofá ,aquí no se necesita aire acondicionado solamente un ventilador q es con lo q cuenta

What would you highlight about A Una cuadra de La Minerva
Great location stay with flexible check-in time.
The owner is really kind and makes himself available. While my low score might be related to the furniture being a bit vintage, overall the place was clean and there was a cute yard to sit in. Also, it has a fridge where I could store my edibles and the neighborhood was overall safe.
Some of the rooms are little like the shower downstairs which might get flooded, I was always encouraged to use the one upstairs, however some hours in the day it was best to use the one closer to my room. I could not use the laundry given other guests organization but at least it was available for my use.

Worth the stay
The location was really nice. You only had to take 1 bus to get to the centro. The bed was really comfy. The host was really nice and accommodating to our late check in.The price was good. And the outside patio was super pretty as well.
The room was soooooooo hot, even with the fan; maybe two fans (one per person) would be better. The bathroom was a bit dirty at times (shaved facial hair on the sink, pee on the toilet, etc.), but I think that was just due to careless guests and not really the hosts' fault. The water pressure was a bit off sometimes, and at times there wasn't any hot water; though 7/10 times there was.
